NLEx braces for rise in traffic volume during 'Undas'

ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA, Philippines — The North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) Corp. has prepared for a 3 percent to 5 percent rise in the volume of motorists traversing the NLEx, Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) and Mindanao Avenue Connector from Oct. 29 to Nov. 3 during the observance of the feasts of the saints and souls or "Undas."
